Yes. For wholesale, orders above SGD500 are shipped for free within Singapore. For small order zone, orders above SGD100 are shipped free within Singapore. Yes! Quality products deserve to be enjoyed all around the world! We use Singapore Post and DHL to make sure you get your shipments quickly and safely. Please note that any additional taxes, import duties or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We use priority shipping methods, so shipments are usually delivered within a few business days, although some international destinations may take slightly longer. If you experience any issues with our products, or are unhappy for any reason, you are welcome to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order of the unused goods in their original packaging. Despite proper packaging and our utmost care, sometimes things can get damaged in transit. If this happens, please send us pictures of the affected goods as well as the packaging to , so we can see what went wrong and work to find a solution. Please note that articles damaged during transit are the responsibility of the buyer and claims must be filed with the respective logistics provider.

What are the additional finishing cost?

Costs vary from item to item. Other factors such as the size of the finish, the number of colours and the time spent also play a role in calculating costs. We will be happy to make a detailed offer for the item and finishing you want.

What is additional finishing?

Additional finishing or branding is the placing of your logo or brand on the item. Possibilities vary. Usually, items are best suited to a certain finish according to their material.

Leather item: Laser Engraving, embossing or silk screen printing

Generally how competitive is your price?

We are constantly working on our cost structure in order to drive our price low. For larger amounts, the price will sink (the higher the amount, the lower the price), for smaller amounts, it will rise.

Can I order an actual sample before making final order?

It is often difficult to order an item on the basis of a photo. It can be important for your decision to be able to get a clear picture of the item in question using a sample. Costumice Gift will be happy to provide you with a product sample. Generally we charge our sample cost ranging from SGD100 to SGD200 with actual finishing. The sample cost will be offset from your final invoice amount if you proceed for purchase. We will issue invoice to you upon your sample order. Thank you for your understanding!

Alternatively, you can purchase a sample of the item from our small order zone without having additional finishing on it. We make lots of items available for small order, most of the time, starting from one unit.

Do you have a showroom?

Do you have items in stock?

Yes. Costumice Gift keeps certain items in stock. However, due to variation in product specification, and each project requires a different concept, we are unable to keep all items in stock. Please kindly contact us at to check stock availability.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Most items shown in our catalogue are deliverable in small quantities and can also be finished (additional finishing). But the costs will be higher, should the quantity is lower than those listed on line.

Should you have specific requirement, we will be happy to make you an offer. Special products and preparations will be manufactured directly in the relevant factory; for this reason, certain minimum amounts are necessary for these items.
